1. Scope of Services
Global Smash provides B2B digital agency services, including website creation, brand management, digital marketing, and product and customer handling operations. Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are detailed in client service agreements or invoice quotes.
2. Payment Terms
Payments for one-time setups or recurring management subscription plans are processed securely via Stripe. Payments are due according to the agreed billing cycle (monthly or per project). Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension of active services or web hosting setups.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary assets (logos, content, media) required to complete the agreed deliverables.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for the client (custom code, graphics, marketing assets) belong to the client. Global Smash retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary frameworks, tools, and workflows.
5. Limitation of Liability
Global Smash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site downtime, third-party platform API outages, or ad campaign performance fluctuations beyond our control.
